If your insurance company requires that you will be responsible for part of a bill, this coinsurance must be paid prior to the services being rendered. Copays are to be paid at the time the service is rendered. It is required by your insurance carrier that we collect copays at that time.

Patients who do not have health insurance coverage or coverage for pregnancy related care will need to take advantage of our pregnancy services payment plans.

Many insurance companies require any testing, office visit and surgeries to be pre-certified.
